Hello all, I’m planning a camping weekend for first weekend of June. I drive a Nissan Rogue. Will this I have issues driving in or high risk of getting stuck? I tend to go solo so that would not be ideal. Please advise.

Hello jrobe! I was out on the Sabine Pass side today and didn't have a problem in a 2WD truck and seen a few 2WD go pass me. I don't think you will have a problem.

I haven't been from the bolivar side only from the Sabine side and went about 4mi in. You shouldn't have a problem going that far.

From the bolivar side you can go a little way then it get's fairly iffy with a car

The High Island side is wildly unpredictable. With 2WD, I would definitely approach from Sabine Pass. My Toyota Tundra has quite high clearance, but is 2WD. I have obtained two extra wheel rims, and plan to have better sand/mud tires fitted to them.
It is good to see that this board remains active. The “straight” board seems to be down, long-term.

From the high island side there is 2 kinda rough spot's not to far after you get on ,, just go slow over them you should be fine in your tundra
