Are there any Rv parks in walking distance to the nude beach?

No. Its 20 miles from Sea Rim State Park to High Island. There is no defined nude beach area, but most of the clothing-optional folks tend to hang at the mid-point, using 4WDs to get there. While there are RV spots at Sea Rim, that would be a lengthy walk.
